HOW MUCH TO FIX MY LAPTOP?
For workshop repair:
$99 flat rate for most computer repairs in our workshop at Albany Creek, north side of Brisbane computer repair shop.
For onsite repair:
$120 per hour. We charge $110 an hour to repair or service your computer at your place or work. Most of jobs will be finished in 1 to 2 hours.
*Quote fee: $66
The quote fee is for workshop time in diagnosing and identifying the solution or sourcing and pricing replacement parts.
This fee is only paid if you decide not to go ahead with any repairs.
HOW LONG TO FIX MY LAPTOP?
Our turn around target is 1 to 2 working days. We try to hold as many parts as possible in stock. However, if parts need to be ordered. It may take up to 1 to 2 weeks depends on the parts availability, but the job will be done on the same day the parts arrive.
