based in Albany Creek,  north side of Brisbane. We do however provide quicker,

better and more affordable computer repair service than big computer repair

shops. We focus on customer satisfaction and our goal is to provide quick,

quality and affordable computer repair service.

For workshop laptop / desktop computer repair and IT service northside Brisbane:

      $99 flat rate for most computer repairs in our workshop at Albany Creek, north side of 

      Brisbane computer repair shop.

For mobile laptop / desktop computer and IT service Brisbane:

       $120 per hour. We charge $120 an hour to repair or service your computer at your place 

       or work. Most of jobs will be finished in 1 to 2 hours.

*Quote fee: $55

       The quote fee is for workshop time in diagnosing and identifying the solution or sourcing

       and pricing replacement parts. This fee is only paid if you decide not to go ahead  

       with any repairs.

*Any required hardware will be charged at competitive rates.

       For hardware computer repair jobs:

       Our turn around target is 1 to 2 working days. We try to hold as many parts as possible in

       stock. However, if parts need   to be ordered. It may take up to 1 to 2 weeks, but the job

       will be done on the day the parts arrive.

       For software computer repair jobs:

       The software job turn around day is 1 to 2 working days. However, it might take longer if the

       job needs heavy data recovery.

  • Weekend service available
  • We understand that sometimes customers need emergency computer repairs. We are also available for customers needing to drop-off, pick-up computers out of these hours before or after work.
